IN THE PRESS: Opening of the Hong Kong Adventist Hospital New Building
The new building of the Hong Kong Adventist Hospital - Tusen Wan, designed by P&T Group, was opened on 17 November 2015 and commenced services gradually. Sky garden is one of the key design features of the new building. The 11 meters tall sky garden allows cross ventilation and provides greenery and communal activity spaces for visitors and staff. The whole redevelopment is divided into two phases. The final phase is expected to be completed by 1st quarter of 2016.
NEWS: Building Safety Pioneers Programme
A group of young Building Safety Students Pioneers visited our office last week, our director Zerlina Wong and her team gave them a sharing session about the architectural industry and construction safety. The Building Safety Pioneers Programme is organized by the Buildings Department in order to promote building safety to secondary school students continuously.
NEWS: The Community Chest Wheelock Swim for Millions 2015
To make a difference for the underprivileged, P&T supported ‘The Community Chest Wheelock Swim for Millions 2015’ at Repulse Bay Beach last Sunday. It is our third year participating in this fundraising event. Our swimming enthusiasts Samuel Chan, Eric Liu, Enoch Lam and Tommy Kwok joined the Relay Races together with more than 60 organizations.
Congratulations! Conversion of Former Lai Chi Kok Hospital into Jao Tsung-I Academy was selected as one of the Good Design Best 100 in Good Design Award 2015 hosted by the Japan Institute for Design Promotion.
It is one of the first batch of Revitalization Scheme launched by HKSAR Development Bureau. It is a Grade III historic site, and the Academy includes museum of Professor Jao's art works, cultural facilities, eighty-nine guest rooms and related hospitality premises.
NEWS: BEAM Society 5th Anniversary Conference
Our director Joel was invited to share his award-winning project "The Jubilee College of The Open University of Hong Kong" in the BEAM Society 5th Anniversary Conference. Over 400 experts joined the conference and had an opportunity to explore global solutions for sustainable urban development together.
