The Beijing Landmark Complex consists of a 500-room 4 star hotel, a serviced apartment tower with 240 furnished apartments, a shopping arcade and a 28-storey tall office tower. This group of towers occupies a site adjacent to the Sheraton Great Wall Hotel, in Beijing's Chaoyang diplomatic area.
Both the hotel and the serviced apartments are housed in two V-shaped structures, optimising outlook and privacy.
Aligned with the existing hotel, a large, formal central square is formed in between these buildings.
The office tower is rotated by 45° and positioned at the main access axis, acting as the focal point of the whole complex. |
