The building is prominently located on the corner of Yan On East Road.

The building consists of a 6-storey retail podium and a 30-storey office tower. Height restrictions and large floor plate requirements were solved with an interplay of geometric volumes resulting in a richly articulated slender tower.

The cladding of vertical fins, horizontal bands and a square grid frame curtain wall complements the form and adds clarity and interest to the external façade.
