Conceived as villas in the sky, this boutique development of 156 luxurious apartments is designed to capitalize on its location in the coastal city of Xiamen. Two pairs of U-shaped apartments, served by separate staircase and lift cores, are arranged along the northern edge of the rectangular site in a series of cants which ensure the principal rooms of every unit capture the views of the picturesque island of Gu Lang Yu to the northwest. A fifth unit occupies the southwest corner. Every unit also has a pool as well as a garden while the duplex penthouses feature infinity pools and decks. The first three storeys are planned as a grand open deck communal facilities with a welcoming arrival forecourt and drop-off area. Carparking for the residents is provided underground. The faceted built form is sheathed in a curtain wall.
