The Crystal Palace is a 41-storey tall luxurious residential tower which stands in the heart of Tamsui District. This 150m tower is the tallest building in the neighborhood.
The residents of the tower will be able to enjoy the beautiful view of Tamsui River, the Pacific Ocean from Tamsui Harbor and the Taipei City view afar.
The building is divided into Lower and Upper zone. In the lower Zone each floor consists of 6 units and in the upper zone each floor consists of 3 units. These resort-like apartments range from 98 sq.m. to 380 sq.m. with floor to floor height ranging from 3.6m to 5.1m. The units on the upper levels facing the Tamsui River are complimented with private swimming pools and double ceiling height sky gardens. The residents can also luxuriate in the infinity pool on the landscaped rooftop garden, or enjoy the beautiful sunset at the rooftop bar.
The tower is clad in white aluminum panels and gray tinted glass, and the podium is clad in white granite with alabaster light features.
