SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER - HVAC
 Produce outline design, scheme design and detail design reports including drawings and specifications
 Take proactive role in influencing the design of the buildings in relation to efficient services integration and building energy performance
 Ensure milestones are accomplished and deliverables are on time
 Work competently on an independent basis
 Good spoken and written English; able to communicate directly with the clients/contractors

Capabilities and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a positive and enthusiastic team player, who holds a relevant engineering degree / Master’s degree (preferred) in a relevant discipline and will be chartered or at least working towards. With relevant and significant Building Services Consultancy experience, minimum 10 years (GCC).

The ideal candidates must have:
• Health Care, Hotels, Commercial & Residential design experience
• Experience of substantial, complex construction projects
• Experience of working as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Extensive knowledge of Mechanical Engineering systems
• Knowledge and understanding of the wider built environment and all the associated design influences.
• Appreciation and experience of the Technical Standards, and relevant American/British/European standards and codes
• An understanding of the legislative environment regarding carbon emission reduction and sustainability
• As minimum: a good understanding of NFPA, ASHRAE and CIBSE codes & standards
INTERMEDIATE/SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER
PUBLIC HEALTH & FIRE

• As minimum: a good understanding of ASPE, ASTM, IPC, NFPA, ASHRAE and CIBSE codes & standards
