Institutional buildings are state-of-the art and typically environments where people meet to be active in various ways: assemblies, libraries, concert halls, theaters, museums and amusement parks.

Designing a cultural and institutional facility is an interactive process between all stakeholders in the pursuit to develop a solution that technically and emotionally meet their specific needs and expectations.

Human scale is a fundamental parameter: feeling welcomed, comfortable and inspired. While external features and arrival are important the experience is internal and reflected in choice of materials, acoustic control, general comfort, flow and planning of spaces.

In an ever-changing world it is paramount for institutional buildings to be flexible and able to transform with time and new expectations.
